Congratulatory Message from Journal of Palliative Medicine

Congratulations on reaching your 20th anniversary
as a professional association in hospice and palliative
medicine serving Taiwan and the Asia-Pacific region. It
has been my pleasure to observe your growth and maturity
as an association, including the contributions your members have
made to advancing the science and clinical care of our developing field. Your history mirrors that of the field around the globe as well as the history of the Journal of Palliative Medicine. Over the past 20 years, we have emerged as an essential subspecialty for global health care as we strive to improve the health of those we serve. I look forward to the future in which the TAHPM will continue to make contributions both to the people of Taiwan, and the global community of physicians working to improve our science and practice.
