通過「Proposed Collaboration between Taiwan Academy of Hospice Palliative Medicine and Journal of Palliative Medicine」， 與 JPM(Journal of Palliative Medicine)建立合 作夥伴關係。
衛 生 福 利 部(108) 衛 部 醫 字 第 1071666162 號 令 及 第 1071666433 號令發布訂定「提 供預立醫療照護諮商之醫療機 構管理辦法」、「病人自主權 利法施行細則」及「預立醫療 決定書」，並自發布日起施行。
The Board passed the “Proposed Collaboration between Taiwan Academy of Hospice Palliative Medicine and Journal of Palliative Medicine” to establish the cooperative partnership by both parties.
“The Enforcement Rules of the Patient Right to Autonomy Act”, “The Regulations of Medical Institutes in Providing Advance Care Planning”, and the official format of “Advance Decisions” were promulgated by the Ministry of Health Order, and became effective on the same date.
